Same sweet Brassica taste as the white cauliflower you're likely used to, but higher in beta-carotene and way higher in eye-appeal.
Please note: Cheddar, Purple, and Romanesco Cauliflowers this year have been almost as tough to grow completely clean of aphids as have Brussels Sprouts, without resorting to harmful non-organic sprays. While we won't send you anything too egregious, we do want to give you the heads up that you might find a bug or two on the florets or the leaves of this cauliflower.
