Organic Broccoleaf

Chris Hay of Say Hay Farms reports that broccoleaf is the next superfood, but he is not alone in this assertion, as, for centuries, many an Italian grandmother has known, and even the famous Dr. Oz is now singing its praises!  It is an incredibly nutrient dense leafy green, akin to collards and kale, but with a milder flavor closer to broccoli.  Broccoleaf is versatile and delicious in simple steamed or sautéed recipes with just olive oil and salt, or incorporated into a salad or slaw, used as a raw wrap, or dropped into a soup at the last minute.  Get your health on!
