Spicy Cinnamon

We like to think of this as a snicker doodle with a kick! We use the same dough as our chocolate chip cookies and roll it in a mixture of Vietnamese cinnamon, and raw cane sugar with a dash of cayenne pepper. 

These cookies are frozen until delivered. Please enjoy within 5 days of delivery. 

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, salted butter (contains milk), light brown sugar, raw cane sugar, eggs, vanilla (vodka, vanilla beans), rum, salt, cinnamon, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch), baking soda, cayenne pepper.
