Their Pacific Rockfish with Garlic & Fresh Veggies (Frozen) combines spicy, zesty sauce with the light flavor and flaky texture of super-sustainable rockfish. It's a great candidate for taco night, or served over a simple bowl of grains or pasta.

Cooking Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight, or place the unopened package in a bowl of cool water until thawed (if you're in a hurry). Preheat oven to 350°F, then bake fish for 6-10 minutes until it can be easily flaked apart with a fork. Also great on the grill—wrap in a foil packet and grill over moderate heat for 6-10 minutes, until flaky.
