Roli Roti's festive Turketta is a beautifully deboned, hand-rolled, and tied whole turkey, stuffed with spices and ready to go! An amazing alternative to roasting a whole turkey, a Turketta is incredibly easy to roast, carve, and enjoy—not to mention a photo-worthy centerpiece. Serves 6-8 people.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly season thawed turketta with salt, then set it in a deep roasting pan or on a roasting rack and place in hot oven until the internal temperature registers 160°F, about 20 minutes per pound of turketta. For extra-crispy skin, turn your broiler on for the last 5 minutes of cooking! Then remove from oven and let rest for 30 minutes. Slice into ½" rounds and serve with homemade gravy.
