Using traditional Japanese cooking techniques, this Tonkatsu Pork Ramen Kit is made with a rich and creamy pork broth. It comes with with noodles, sous vide pork chashu, and dried vegetables.

Cooking Instructions:
Utensils Needed:
Two small pots
Cutting board
One bowl
1. Fill one pot with water, place it on a stove over high heat and bring to a boil.
2. While waiting for the water to boil, thinly slice the pork chashu on a cutting board and set it aside.
3. Fill the second pot with ramen broth, place it on a stove and heat up until it boils.
4. When the water in the first pot is boiling, add noodles into the boiling water and cook for 90 seconds.
5. Use strainer to remove noodles and place it into a bowl.
6. Place sliced pork chashu and dried vegetables on top of the noodles.
7. When the ramen broth in the second pot boils, pour the hot ramen broth over the noodle bowl.
8. Let it sit for one minute and enjoy!
