The Santa Cruz and Watsonville region is world renowned for it's artichoke production, and Rodoni Farms has led the way in growing them organically. Artichokes are surprisingly versatile. While they are easily enjoyed by boiling with lemon and eating with a garlic aioli, one should experiment with soups, dips and using the hearts to top a home baked pizza.
We are third generation farmers transitioning into the organic markets over the last 10 years. We now have over 100 acres certified organic by CCOF. We currently grow brussels sprouts, leeks, artichokes, beets, peas, beans and pumpkins.Read more
