The Santa Cruz and Watsonville region is world-renowned for its Artichoke production, and Rodoni Farms has led the way in growing them organically. Artichokes are surprisingly versatile. While they are easily enjoyed by boiling with lemon and eating with a garlic aioli, one should experiment with soups, dips and using the hearts to top a home baked pizza.
