This is the end of the storage season for autumn's huge winter squash harvest at RobinSong, and we'd love to share the last of the abundance with you. Blue Hubbards can become a bit more of a Beige or Grey Hubbard at this point in their storage season. Blue Hubbards are often used as a replacement for Pumpkins in cooking and baking, due to their sweet flavor, fine texture, and slightly nutty undertones. It's also popular in soups and stews.
