Blue Hubbards can become a bit more of a Beige, Grey or Pink Hubbard in storage, but they'll taste delicious for months and months. Blue Hubbards are often used as a replacement for Pumpkins in cooking and baking, due to their sweet flavor, fine texture, and slightly nutty undertones. It's also popular in soups and stews. It'll store for months, so feel free to use it as a dining room table centerpiece until you're ready to use it!
