Autumn's huge winter squash harvest at RobinSong produced some amazing looking and amazing tasting squashes, and we'd love to share the abundance with you. This Pink Banana Squash, despite its enormous size, is mostly flesh, with a fairly small seed cavity. Its flesh is fragrant and rich, and it can be used in soups, stews, or roasted alone. It pairs well with rich flavors like butter, cream and truffles. It'll store for months, so feel free to use it as a dining room table centerpiece until you're ready to use it!
Please note: this is a very big squash. It weighs 17.5-22.5 lb and is approx. 20-30" long.
