Plain Chèvre

Chèvre is a fresh, light-textured, rindless goat cheese that is similar to cream cheese but softer and fluffier with only 1/3 of the fat and calories. Made in the French style, Redwood Hill's chevre is light, fluffy and sumptuously spreadable. It offers notes of citrus, balanced by a mild earthiness that makes it delicious in both savory and sweet dishes.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cultured Grade A goat milk, sea salt and vegetable enzyme.
