Sesame Nougatine Chocolate Bar

A variation on Recchiuti's Sesame Nougat Truffle. Toasted sesame seeds are cooked with cane sugar and sea salt to create a crunchy nougatine. The deep toasty nougat counteracts wonderfully with Michael's custom Dark Milk Chocolate.

Ingredients: Dark Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Beans, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Sesame Seeds, Sugar, Kosher Salt.
