A protein rich, creamy moong dal (mung bean) with fresh chopped spinach.
This Dhal is probably the most popular dish found in most Indian restaurants. I do prefer to add a lot of freshly chopped spinach leaves flavored with garlic. I hope you enjoy as much as my family does!
Ingredients: split yellow moong dal, fresh spinach, garlic, green chillies, ginger, cumin, salt, turmeric, lemon juice
Reheating Guide: Heat over low flame, stirring occasionally or heat in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
