Rich flavored dal simmered a long time for extra harmony.
Dhal is cooked in every house in India in one form or another. This recipe is protein rich, my version of comfort food. Goes well with Whole Wheat Paratha.
Ingredients: whole mooth dal, onion, garlic, ginger, green chiles, tomatoes, oil,butter, coriander leaves, cumin, salt, turmeric, rajwadi garam masala, lemon juice, sugar
Reheating instruction: heat over medium to low flame, stirring occasionally; in microwave heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stir before serving.
