Ingredients: eggplant, onion, turmeric, garlic, ginger, canola oil, cilantro, mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric, salt, chillies, dry red chillies, bay leaf, garam masala, lemon juice.
Reheating instruction: heat over medium flame till or in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir before serving.
Tastes great with Whole Wheat Paratha and Jeera rice.
