The Hass is the most popular avocado in the United States due to its high production, amazing flavor, and thick, durable skin. These avos will turn black when ripe and should yield slightly to the touch.
To protect them from damage in transport, we'll deliver them to you on the greener side, so they'll generally need at least a day or two to ripen up (but sometimes up to 3 or 4 days). You can leave some in the refrigerator to prevent them from ripening until you're ready to use them.
