Dry-aged Prather Ranch ground beef and PRMC ground pork are combined with ricotta cheese, grated grana padano, bread crumbs, fresh organic herbs, and a touch of red chili flake.  

Our meatballs are simmered in our house-made zesty Marinara sauce until tender. Just heat and serve with your favorite pasta or serve on toasted bread for a delicious meatball sub. 

Ingredients: dry-aged beef, ground pork, tomatoes, eggs, dried oregano, red chili flakes, Acme bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, ricotta cheese, grana padano cheese, onions, garlic, olive oil.
