Haze-A-Tron Hazy IPA

Original Pattern's Haze-A-Tron showcases the effects of biotransformation, the process by which ordinary hop compounds are transformed into extraordinary aromas and flavors by yeast during fermentation. To achieve this effect, they dry hopped this beer just as fermentation began so that the active yeast cells could work their transformative magic on the hop oils. Haze-a-Tron also offers a rare chance to experience the glorious juicy and fruity flavors of New Zealand Wakatu hops. Haze-A-Tron leads with a strong aroma of lime zest, supported by dried papaya, peach, nectarine, citrus juice, and floral aromas.
