Padrón Peppers are a Spanish appetizer that took hold in our part of the globe over the past ten years. They're a crowd-pleaser with the easiest preparation: simply sauté on high heat in a well-oiled pan until the skin is blistered. Salt, serve, and dig in!

As with all the products in our Marketplace, we prioritize working with local producers as seasonality allows, and we maintain our strict sourcing standards.
