Wild Ling Cod

Fresh Wild Ling Cod is a local favorite.  Ling Cod is caught near the Farallon Islands off the San Francisco Coast & North along the Pacific Coast into Southern Oregon.  Ling Cod has a mildly sweet flavor, good for marinating or simply with lemon.  This mild fish will also do well in fish tacos or breaded for fish n' chips.
