Fresh Wild Halibut is a delicacy. Local Halibut is caught just off the coast of San Francisco by Pier 45 & Half Moon Bay fishermen. During the slow season (November-March) we offer Southern California Halibut when local is unavailable. Halibut is best baked, grilled or pan fried. Just add lemon.
