Udon Noodle Soup Kit

It's a match made in noodle-lover heaven: Odang Udon's fresh, springy, bouncy udon noodles cook in less than 5 minutes, just enough time for you to make a fantastic vegetarian broth with their included spice packet and broth concentrate. As a bonus, five minutes is also the perfect length of time to cook a runny-yolked egg, which we think you'll want to top your noodle bowl (mushrooms, thinly sliced cooked chicken, roasted seaweed, or chopped tofu are also great add-ons). 

Ingredients: Noodles (wheat flour, water, sea salt, tapioca starch, corn starch, cultured dextrose (preserves freshness), distilled vinegar), liquid pack (soy sauce, cooking sake), dry spice pack (sugar, maltodextrin (from potato, corn, tapioca), kombu (kelp) extract, maltose, modified food starch, yeast extract, kombu (kelp) powder, rice bran oil).
