Oak Hill Farm calls these medium sized bouquets "Posies", and they're as cute and colorful as they sound! Amongst the greens are some of the finest fall flowers still blooming in Sonoma County.
Chuy, the flower production manager at Oak Hill, selects different flowers each week, depending upon what's looking good. So the Posy you get might not look exactly like the one pictured, but it'll be equally as beautiful.
In order to give your bouquet the longest life, give each stem a diagonal fresh cut and place in a jar of clean water. (The diagonal cut increases the surface area for each stem to uptake water.) Every couple of days, change out the water and give another fresh cut. Warm water works best.
