Nona Lim's Teriyaki Ramen Stir-Fry Kit is a quick and easy way to have a meal for two. Each kit is plant-based and contains fresh noodles and sauce. All you need is to add protein of your choice and vegetables such as broccoli, snap peas, mushrooms, onions, carrot for a traditional version of Teriyaki Ramen Stir-Fry.

Ingredients: ramen noodles: wheat flour, water, starch (sago starch, modified tapioca starch, potato starch), wheat gluten, salt, kansui (sodium hydroxide), vegetable oil (soybean). sauce: non-gmo soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), cane sugar, mirin (water, rice, koji seed, sea salt), tomato paste, organic ginger, green onion, organic rice vinegar, organic garlic, sea salt, organic toasted sesame oil.

Contains: soy, wheat, sesame. Packaged in a facility that also processes fish (anchovies), tree nuts (coconut), sesame, eggs, milk, shellfish (oyster) and pecan nuts.
