Kunik is Nettle Meadow's fantastic and unique triple crème wheel made from goat’s milk and cow's cream. It was the 2010 Triple Crème Blue Ribbon Winner at the American Cheese Society’s annual North American Cheese Contest and a Gold Medal Winner at the 2016 World Cheese Championship and a gold medal winner at the New York State Fair in 2016. It has a white rind and a tangy buttery flavor. A fantastic addition to a cheese plate, this cheese is a great accompaniment to apples or pears, and a lovely pairing with a sparkling rosé.
