Organic White Wine Vinegar

Notes From The Producer

This Certified Organic White Wine Vinegar has been crafted from a blend of premium white wines which are then aged in oak barrels, not stainless steel tanks. Unfiltered, and free of added sulfites, use it anywhere you want to add the bright and slightly effervescent acidity of white wine to your cooking. When paired with extra virgin olive oil it makes an outstanding vinaigrette for a salad of delicate greens and seasonal fruit from summer berries to winter citrus. Add complexity to marinades for poultry and game, or try as a reduction glaze for grilled fish dishes.

Napa Valley Naturals is dedicated to keeping the Earth’s air and water free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers. When you buy this organic wine vinegar you help support small entrepreneurial farmers who are committed to building the living soils of their farmland and the living souls of their employees. Thank you for making a conscious choice to eat well and treat the earth well.

Ingredients: Organic White Wine Vinegar.

As an unfiltered vinegar you may find pieces of the "mother" in the bottle. This harmless bacteria, acetobacter—which turns wine into vinegar—can appear as globs, strands or sediment in the bottle. Napa Valley Naturals' vinegars are unfiltered and not pasteurized and the mother is a naturally occurring part of the vinegar making process.

Bottled in a facility that handles nut, peanut and soybean oils.
