Our paleo muffins have no flour, just nuts. This means they are also incredibly high in protein. They are grain-free, making them inherently gluten-free. We sweeten our paleo muffins with dates and offer an Omega-3 boost by adding either chia, flax or hemp seeds. We take great pride in how nutrient-dense our Paleo muffins are!

Shelf Life: Keep refrigerated up to 4 days. We recommend you immediately freeze (in a ziploc bag) any muffins that you know you will not consume in the next couple days. Our muffins freeze beautifully and will last up to one year in the freezer. To thaw, put in the fridge for 4 hours OR microwave for 45-60 seconds OR bake at 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
