Moulin de Gassac's Guilhem Rosé is a blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Carignan. This wine has aromas of crushed red flowers, cherry, and red currant. On the palate you'll get notes of strawberry, tart raspberry, red apple, and peach, with hints of herb and limestone.
