It's beef is dry-aged for 21 days, processed in USDA inspected facilities, cut & wrapped by small-scale, artisan butchers and delivered directly to you via Good Eggs. Beef tongue is a great way to get started on the adventure of nose-to-tail eating. Try slow-cooking with your favorite aromatics for 1-2 hours, then remove the skin. Slice thinly and eat as you would any lean muscle meat such as flank or skirt steak (tacos, anyone?).
