100% Grass-fed and Finished Ball Tip Roast- from Morris Grassfed, San Juan Bautista

The Ball Tip Roast is part of the bottom sirloin and is adjacent to the tri-tip (and can be cooked in a similar fashion)- this roast is often sliced across the grain and sold as "petite sirloin" or "sizzler" steaks. You can grill it like a tri-tip, roast it to medium rare, or treat like a pot roast and braise in the slow cooker or in the oven. 

Morris Grassfed provides 100% grass-fed & finished (no antibiotics or added hormones) beef to customers throughout California. Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days, processed in USDA inspected facilities, cut & wrapped by small-scale, artisan butchers and delivered directly to you via Good Eggs.
