This snappy springtime favorite gets the McVicker Pickles treatment. Tender spears of asparagus are pickled with smoked Spanish paprika to give them a smoky depth of flavor. A slice of lemon, garlic, and mustard seed provide both balance and bite, for a unique pickle that's unlike anything else you've ever tasted.

Enjoy them on a cheese plate, dunk them in a Bloody Mary, or snack on them straight from the jar. These are a limited seasonal pickle, so get them before they disappear.
