Chioggia Radicchio

This beautiful, round red Radicchio has all the boldly bittersweet flavor of its characteristics of the chicory family. Chioggia Raddichio is great shredded raw into a salad, or chopped and braised to bring out it's sweetness. If used raw, pair with acids and fats to cut the bitterness.
