Gluten-Free Solano Cookies

The gluten-free "Milano" cookie is here! These adorable cookie sandwiches are made with two sugar cookies and a semi-sweet chocolate filling. They come in a pack of ten and are gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients:  GF flour (organic brown rice flour, potato starch), organic unrefined cane sugar, Earth Balance shortening, eggs, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, baking soda, pure vanilla extract and sea salt.

Chocolate Center:  Semi-sweet chocolate. 

Allergens:  Contains eggs and soy. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts and dairy.

Shelf-Life:  Store in airtight container at room temperature until expiration date on package.
