Our vegan apple galette is filled with organic apples that have been tossed in cinnamon and sugar and baked to perfection, creating the perfect subtly sweet dessert.

Crust Ingredients:  GF flour mix (organic brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca flour), organic palm oil shortening, filtered water, organic unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, pure vanilla extract, grainless baking powder, baking soda and sea salt. 

Filling Ingredients:  Apples, organic unrefined cane sugar, tapioca starch, organic lemon juice, cinnamon and sea salt. 

Allergens:  None. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy.

Shelf-Life:  Enjoy fresh or store refrigerated, then warm in 350 degree oven until warmed through.
