Organic Borlotti Beans

Borlotti beans are a medium-sized cranberry bean varietal with an oblong shape. Noted for having a mild nutty flavor reminiscent of roasted chestnuts, their firm yet creamy texture is well suited for soups and salads. Fully cooked in purified water with nothing but salt, these vegan-friendly organic beans are also great on their own. Reheat over a low flame with fresh herbs and lemon zest for a quick and easy side that pairs well with chicken, pork, or garlicky greens.
