Salmon Burger Patties

Take a big bite out of summer seafood. Even kids can be tempted, when you slide salmon onto a brioche bun, with a swipe of creamy sauce, maybe a few crunchy pickles, and a pinch of sprouts.

Note: The salmon patties arrive frozen for freshness, and you can cook them frozen. It actually helps to keep their shape and prevent crumbling. Just make sure to use enough oil and cook all the way through.
