Organic Jade Pearl Rice

Organic Jade Pearl Rice is an organically grown sushi-style rice infused with wild-crafted bamboo extract. And yes, it's really green! (Just don't rinse it before cooking, as the bamboo infusion can be washed off.) This short-grain rice is known for its spectacular hue, slightly vegetal or herbaceous aroma, and balanced sticky-fluffy texture. Lotus Foods' jade pearl rice is grown on certified organic family farms in northeast China. Try it in sushi, rice bowls, and even sweet rice pudding recipes. Cooks in about 20 minutes.
