Pleasantly spicy and floral, these Organic Shishito Peppers were grown by one of the 1,300+ families working with the grower-owned Del Cabo Cooperative. The thinner, glossier, less-spicey cousin of the Padron Pepper, the Shishito is a Japanese frying pepper variety well-suited for a high-heat pan and a pinch of sea salt.
