These Organic Dry-Farmed Mixed Heirloom Tomatoes are perfect for a light Caprese salad. This waterless method of growing sometimes yields only ⅓ as many tomatoes, but the resulting fruits are dense with flavor. Varieties may include Copia, Costaluto Genovese, Pink Brandywine, Red Brandywine, Cherokee Purple, Japanese Trifel and Jaune Flamme.
