Our cattle are pasture-raised on our untouched, gently rolling lands. As part of a unique partnership with US Fish & Wildlife and the agricultural and conservation easements secured with them, our rotational grazing system promotes native grassland restoration and eradicates the invasive weed population. Cows spend their entire lives on pasture and are finished on a highly nutritious blend of locally grown organic grains developed specifically for our herds by an animal nutritionist, as we believe strongly in maintaining the highest health standards possible for our animals. Our beef has all the complexity of a grass-fed animal with the tenderness and marbling of a grain-fed animal. By promoting pasture health through our grazing, we continue to rejuvenate a nearly lost California landscape through sustainable and responsible animal husbandry practices.
