Organic McIntosh Apples

The McIntosh is the national apple of Canada, and our neighbors to the north made a great choice. It's an all-purpose variety--great for snacking or baking--that has a somewhat tart flavor to its delicate white flesh, and its somewhat thicker, taught skin imparts a tannic hint that further brightens this already lively apple.
