Collards are known to be high in Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin K and Folate, which have together been linked to bone density and health. Try them braised in broth with ginger, red pepper flakes, and a dash of soy (or fish) sauce and served over rice with your protein of choice for a delightful meal.
