Inspiration for the New World Blend struck when Joanne got a sample of piloncillo from Rancho Gordo while she was experimenting with the quinoa flakes. The rest of this recipe just fell into place—the spicy floral notes of the Mexican vanilla and warmth of the canela (Mexican cinnamon) were naturals for the quinoa!
This granola, like all of our granolas, is vegan. We prepare them in a certified kitchen in which wheat products are also prepared. Ingredients:
