9-Grain English Muffins

Our English muffins are most delicious when served toasted. The flavors and textures lend themselves to both sweet and savory applications.  Ideal for Eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, lunchtime sandwiches, as a hamburger bun, or simply served with butter and jam. They have a five day shelf life in the pantry and up to a month in the freezer. For the best quality, enjoy within 2-3 days or stockpile them in your freezer. Made with simple, fresh ingredients and no added preservatives. 

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, unbleached wheat flour, water, honey, canola oil, sea salt, yeast, 9 grain cracked cereal (hard red wheat, hard white wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn, millet, hulled buckwheat, and flax seed)
