Lady Edison's naturally fermented, dry-cured Spanish Style Chorizo combines the rich, earthy flavors of real pork with Spanish paprika and fresh garlic. It's made using whole muscle meat (never sketchy trimmings) from Animal Welfare certified hogs. Rich, porky, and as savory as can be, this chorizo is perfect for paella and other Spanish-style dishes, or for slicing and enjoying as part of a charcuterie platter.
