Sweet Potato Marshmallow Knish

Add a little sweetness to your life with our Sweet Potato Knish. 
Our take on a classic dish made with creamy sweet potatoes, homemade marshmallows and pineapple, then topped with toasted almond slivers. It makes a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving meal.  

Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, homemade marshmallows, salt, coarse ground black pepper. 
Puff Pastry wrap: butter, organic eggs, flour.

All ingredients sourced from Bay Area producers. 

Reheating Instructions:

Microwave: Place knish on microwave safe plate, and heat on high for 15 seconds or to desired temperature.

Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place knish on oven safe baking sheet and heat at 375 degrees for 5 minutes or to desired temperature.
