Chef Ramni Levy's latest creation is an homage to Potrero Hill's long history as a goat pasture. The creamy potato mixture combines perfectly with local goat cheese to produce a smooth and silky filling. The slight tang from the cheese and the herbs de provence pack plenty of flavor and have already made this knish a customer favorite.
Ingredients: Goat cheese, herbs de provence, potatoes, salt, coarse ground black pepper.
Puff Pastry wrap: butter, organic eggs, flour.
All ingredients sourced from Bay Area producers.
Reheating Instructions:
Microwave: Place knish on microwave safe plate, and heat on high for 15 seconds or to desired temperature.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place knish on oven safe baking sheet and heat at 375 degrees for 5 minutes or to desired temperature.
