Ingredients: pork, water, evaporated cane syrup*, sea salt, maple syrup*, celery juice (* organic).
How to defrost: 2 days before your celebration, place the ham in your refrigerator to gently defrost. The ham is fully cooked, so you can enjoy it either warmed in your oven or cold.
Reheat in a 325-degree oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 to 140 degrees. Wrap the ham in tin foil or place the ham in an oven bag. Figure no more than 10 minutes per pound for reheating.
Keep refrigerated and consume the ham within 3 days of opening.
How to handle leftovers: Slice into steaks, then wrap portions tightly in plastic wrap to exclude air, place into a zip lock bag, and freeze immediately.
