As for the freshly milled part���we mill all of our whole grains right in our bakery, on our very own stone mill. Our Red, White + Rye loaf is made of a blend of 3 different whole grains: red wheat, white wheat, and rye. Each grain is milled fresh in the bakery, and used as a whole grain flour to make this loaf.
